Graeme Carroll, Cluster Facilitation & Marketing Consultant, Carroll Gould Management Systems

Graeme has extensive expertise and experience in cluster facilitation, establishment, funding sources and overseas business proposals. He has a MBA from Massey University and an Agriculture Science degree from Lincoln.

Graeme has many years’ experience in project teams in various industry surveys, and associated research and establishment work in the development of regional local industry business clusters. In particular, Graeme was involved in a cluster establishment and facilitation support role for the Wellington Business Clusters Project with Innovation & Systems Ltd and the Wellington City Council’s Capital Development Agency. He was directly involved in establishing Earthquake Engineering NZ and Natural Hazards, which he now facilitates, as well as the establishment of the multimedia content-based Creative Capital Cluster.

Other projects have included being part of Technology New Zealand-funded engineering cluster interviews and assessment reports in Dunedin, and the early research and establishment stages of the Vision 2020 Hawke’s Bay Business Clusters Project.
